As the time passes, people are having this perception regarding cheap computers and refurbished computers. Some people think that having a refurbished computers is also the other name for cheap computers, and same as having a cheap computer means to be having a refurbished computer.

Well there is a lot of difference between cheap computers and refurbished computers, there are a lot of laptops which are cheap laptops but they are brand new but we still call them cheap computers. Why? Because these laptops are low in specifications and nowadays you get mini laptops and netbooks which are way too cheaper then brand new laptops though they are brand new too.
